I have purchased an accupressure mat and a massage heating pad in the past to relieve pain, but neither did well in helping. I also go to a chiropractor once per month, but I still have chronic pain issues. I had this on my wish list for over a year and finally decided to just go for it. I honestly wasn't expecting much from the product, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The combination of the massaging nubs and magnet causes my muscles to relax and areas in my back, neck, hips, etc are popping back into place after using it. I carry it with me and whenever I have muscle soreness I rub an area a little at a time until the pain level goes down. My feet hurt, so I took off the top and took one of the balls out of the container and rubbed my feet over it. They felt so much better! My husband said his shoulder had been hurting for several days so I massaged it for several minutes with the massage balls and he said the pain was gone! I took it to work with me and it is sitting on my desk. It is well worth the money for this product. If you would spend money on a chiropractor or to get a massage, seriously consider this one-time investment.
