DONE!Whe less pper it is so effortless I didnt realoze it was punched.The paper pieces do not go into the tray as advertised. Ever. The very first time i used it, it clogged. The only way to actually use this junk is remove the punch heads and manually clear them out between every punch. This is extraordinarily difficult to do, though a standard pen does the trick with your entire body weight placed upon it. Don't waste your money.Purchased to punch musical selections for binding in choir binders. Punches through booklets with ease. No mess as the punches are neatly collected in tray provided.This punch is incredible. It is well made and well designed. It has replaceable punches, but the spacing is not adjustable.Because of its design, it can punch however much paper will fit under the guide. For lower bond paper, that may well be 150 sheets. For 24lb paper, you may get less. I haven't tried over 100 sheets of 24lb paper.I'm very happy with this purchase. It is not in the same class as an everyday black hand held punch. With that in mind, it is well worth the additional cost.I've had this unit for about 6 weeks and it worked well until a head broke today. I called the company thinking that 6 weeks was a little premature and they told me that the unit has a lifetime warranty on everything except the head and that the heads that cost $53.59 for a set of 3 should be replaced approximately every 100 punches. Had I known that I would not have purchased this unit. That is a very considerable addition to the cost of printing that was not disclosed anywhere pre-purchase. Furthermore, $53.59 is crazy, I was expecting them to say $6 or $7 for a set of 3. Yes when it's not broken it works fine, but they need to be more honest about the cost of operating this unit. Had it said anything about that in the description I'd give the unit a 5 but since they ignore it and pretend it isn't an issue they get a 2 and I really should give it a 1.I bought a used one, as they are very expensive. Thing is, it is amazing. If you need to punch HUGE thick wads of paper, it is a time saver like no other.
